Payment
Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers.
Pick your country in our store menus before purchase. Due to operational limitations, we may not be able to offer your regional currency for payment, as such, you will see USD instead.
Prices may fluctuate between currencies due to exchange rates. Conversion fees may be charged by your bank, which are beyond our control.
We recommend it. You can manage your orders and checkout faster when logged in. Otherwise, you can still checkout as a guest as long as you provide valid contact details for shipping.
Don't worry, you haven't been charged. This might happen because:
1. Your internet connection was unstable;
2. Your security code (CVV), card or checkout details is incorrect;
3. There are insufficient funds;
4. Your card is not active or activated for international online transactions;
5. Other issues for which you should refer to your card issuer.
After you have resolved the issues, you can return to your cart to complete your purchase.
Orders
Contact us within 20 hours of your order confirmation. State in full both wrong and correct addresses and contact information, as well as your order number. We cannot amend your order after this window has crossed.
We are not responsible if your package is improperly shipped due to wrong address or contact.
All orders are final upon confirmation. We do not facilitate change or cancel requests.
Check your spam/junk folder and whitelist us. If it's not there, you might have given us the wrong email address. Contact us with your order details so we can rectify the issue.
There are several reasons why we'd cancel an order. Our systems may highlight possible fraud or inaccurate information.
If we think your shipping or payment information is inaccurate, we will reach out via email. Your order is cancelled if we do not get your reply within 2 business days.
All cancelled orders will be refunded. If we have unfairly cancelled your order, let us know.
First, don't initiate a chargeback and don't refuse your package. Contact us at sup@locohobo.club and attach supporting images and videos within 7 days of receiving your package or within 90 days for missing packages.

Shipping
Give the team up to 7 business days to ship out your order. After it's shipped, the average order should take about 2 – 4 weeks to arrive in your area. Then, just wait for your local postal service to deliver.

Free shipping is complimentary for all orders above $69 USD. Otherwise, it's $8 USD for standard shipping to all regions.
You'll find your tracking number through your shipping confirmation email or through your LOCOHOBO account. Then, head here to track it.
Keep in mind that we don't control tracking data. Your package might be actively moving but the tracker has not updated yet – give it some time.
Most times, your order will not trigger customs duties. However, note that your order is shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). It is your responsibility to pay for custom duties and taxes. If you refuse or fail to do so, we are not responsible for any loss and refunds will not be applicable.
Do at your own risk. Note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military or diplomatic addresses and shipping forwarders. If you are gifting, it's safer to ship to yourself, then forward it through a method that you trust.
Sizing & Care
Measurements for our products are provided where appropriate. Our rings come in standard US sizes. Check our sizing guide to find your ring fit.
We do not offer customizations on our products. The sizes and colors listed are the current complete offerings for that product.
We do not offer warranty on any of our products.
All jewelry will naturally wear down with use over time. Avoid showering or swimming while wearing them. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, cleaning agents and grinding on hard or rough surfaces. Store your jewelry in a pouch placed in a cool, clean area that is not exposed to direct sunlight.
If your jewelry has become dirty, we recommend you scrub it with a soft bristle toothbrush and a little bit of toothpaste. Rinse after and wipe dry with microfibre cloth, polishing cloth or 100% cotton fabric.
For our eyewear and belt buckles or clasps, giving them a quick rinse and wipe dry should be fine. For canvas belts, separate them from the buckle or clasp, then hand wash.
Return & Refund
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges at the moment. Please confirm your order carefully before checkout.
Please don't! The sender's address is our delivery partner's facility and does not serve as our return address. We will not be able to offer you support or refund if you do so.
For orders with issues, if you meet our support criteria, we offer to reship or refund on a case-by-case basis. Check our return and refund page for the full procedure.
Gift Card & Codes
We don't offer gift cards for sale at the moment, but one day we might. For now, if you are issued one, you can forward the gift card email to your giftee.
Our gift cards are virtual, so check your email. If you can't find it, even in your spam or junk folder, your might have supplied us the wrong email. Contact us to update your details.
You can apply your gift cards and codes at checkout. Gift card balances can be used over multiple orders. Note that gift card balances cannot be applied to sale items.
Unfortunately, we can't apply your code to an order that has been placed. Remember to use your code!
Our gift cards generally expire one year after it's been purchase or issued, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards or store credits are non-refundable and non-convertible to other forms of currency or rewards. We may reject any order suspected to have been made using sold or stolen gift cards.
